Through high-definition color grading samples of the "Chinese Historical Painting Series", it showcases the unique charm of Song Dynasty painting.
In the exhibition hall, the painting 'A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains' creates a strong artistic atmosphere. At the same time, the English documentary "Chinese Painting Series of Various Dynasties" played in a loop on the screen also helps the audience better understand its compilation process and the development of ancient Chinese painting art.
The head of relevant institutions at the University of Cambridge stated that the arrival of the "Complete Collection of Song Paintings" injects new vitality into academic research and cultural exchange at the University of Cambridge, providing valuable research resources. This will help broaden the artistic horizons of teachers and students, promote mutual understanding and appreciation between different cultures, and further promote deep cooperation between the UK and China in the cultural field.
